1. Statement of Compliance
MzansiFans is an interactive computer service platform as defined under 47 U.S.C. § 230. MzansiFans is a secondary producer as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)(2), and complies with the record-keeping requirements set forth therein.
All persons depicted in sexually explicit conduct on this website were at least 18 years of age at the time such content was produced. MzansiFans requires all creators to complete identity and age verification before uploading any adult content.
2. Primary Producer Records
Each creator who uploads content to MzansiFans is a primary producer of that content and is responsible for maintaining the records required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, including:
— The legal name and date of birth of every performer depicted.
— Any other names used professionally.
— Copies of the identification documents used to verify age and identity.
By creating an account and uploading content, each creator confirms that they hold these records and will make them available to MzansiFans or law enforcement upon lawful request.

Certain content hosted on MzansiFans may be exempt from the requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 pursuant to 28 C.F.R. § 75.6 (e.g., content that does not contain a visual depiction of an actual human being engaged in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct). Such content is clearly within the exemption and is not subject to the record-keeping requirements.
5. South African Law
In addition to U.S. federal requirements, MzansiFans complies with the Films and Publications Act 65 of 1996 (as amended) of the Republic of South Africa, which governs the distribution of adult content in South Africa. All users must be 18 years of age or older to access MzansiFans.
